We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions and one-off purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

2. How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payments, billing, tax compliance, customer service inquiries and returns.

3. Donations & Partnership Giving

Tithes, offerings, seed gifts and partnership pledges are voluntary contributions. If a donation was made in error or you would like it reviewed, contact us within 30 days and we will work with Paddle to process an appropriate refund.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
