Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Oneness Broadcasting Network ("OBN", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Oneness TV web application, mobile apps, smart TV apps, Oneness FM, Oneness Podcast, the Oneness Bookstore and all related services ("Service").

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@onenesstv.org of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and is responsible for payments, billing, tax collection and invoicing on our behalf. Payment terms, billing frequency, taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in ZAR unless stated and may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's Refund Policy, together with applicable consumer law including the South African Consumer Protection Act.

5. Partnership & Giving

Partnership pledges and donations are voluntary. Tax certificates are issued annually to South African taxpayers under OBN's PBO status.

6. Content

All content (videos, audio, books, artwork, logos) is the property of OBN or its licensors and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and listen for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service, (b) post unlawful, defamatory or harmful content, (c) impersonate any person, (d) interfere with the Service or other users.

8. Live Participation Rooms

Participation links are personal. Conduct in live rooms is moderated. We may remove participants who violate community standards.

9. Recordings

You may record live shows for personal viewing only. Recordings may not be redistributed or sold without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Spiritual content is for edification and does not replace pastoral counsel or professional medical advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OBN's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you to OBN in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division.

14. Changes

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
