A municipality is not an abstract institution. It is water in the morning, lights at night, a road to the clinic and a tender that was honestly awarded.

Water is not a favour delivered by a truck. It is a service that residents already pay for.

Where infrastructure has failed, it must be repaired on a published timeline. Where maintenance was skipped, someone must account for it.

NRP will treat prolonged water outages as a management failure, because that is what they are.

Corruption is not a victimless accounting problem. It is a clinic without medicine and a ward without a road.

Publish the tender. Publish the value. Publish the completion date. Then let the community inspect the work.
